Le Gala des Lauriers, aussi appelé Les Lauriers de la Gastronomie du Québec, en était à sa 5e édition cette année. Cette soirée a pour objectif de célébrer le talent en gastronomie, de la terre à la table. Plusieurs artisans du milieu ont défilé sur le tapis rouge avant de s’installer pour une soirée haute en émotions et en saveurs.
